From the time of purchase, you should receive a confirmation email. If there was no confirmation email sent, reach out to us at our email mentioned above. 

From the time your order is confirmed, it should take 1 to 2 weeks before the product ships if in the U.S and up to 2 to 5 weeks in Canada. 

Keep in mind that shipping is not a profit for us. Our shipping prices are beholden to the current shipping rates for each product and we make no adjustments to that price.
